Thank you for supporting Threads of Valor. Below is our shipping policy to ensure clarity on how and when your gear gets to you.

1. Processing Time
All products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order ships.

2. Shipping Times
Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Shipping to APO/FPO addresses may take longer. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and based on destination, weight, and shipping method. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned for future updates as we expand our reach.

6. Delays
Threads of Valor is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, carrier issues, or incorrect address information. We’ll do our best to assist if there’s an issue.

7. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for replacement unless reshipping fees are paid.
